BreakSilence/Revolver Contest Details:
In each market, we will put two local opening bands on, Selected by BreakSilence and the promoters. At the end of each show there will be a vote from the audience and a vote from BreakSilence and a vote from Eyes Set To Kill to choose the winner for that night.
The bands will be judged on the quality of their songs, their image/look, the bands live show, Audience participation and their local draw. They will be judged by BreakSilence and the audience.
Then, at the end of the tour, BreakSilence will review the winners from each night and choose the grand prize winner.
The winner will receive a record deal from BreakSilence recordings, the record company that features Eyes Set To Kill. They will also receive an Endorsement deal from Ernie Ball, a feature in Revolver magazine, gear from Schecter Guitars, Daisy rock guitars and custom EMG pick-ups. A sponsorship with DingLife.com and clothing from Malus are also part of the package.
ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to all legal US residents of the United States, 18 years of age and up as of the date of the performance, except employees and immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of: Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates or subsidiaries, advertising agencies, contest supplier, and any other company involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the contest.
If contestant is under 18 years of age, a notarized waiver (provided upon request) and signed by the contestant’s parent must be submitted prior to the date of the contest.
All contestants much present valid proof of age prior to entering contest.
In addition, all contestants agree to be photographed and recorded on video, and that their image may be used by BreakSilence Recording for any and all type of marketing and promotion, online, print, etc.

All participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BreakSilence Recordings and all affiliates from any claims, actions, or demands, including and without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from their participation in the contest.
All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes, which may be deemed applicable in such winner's jurisdiction of residence.
